Once you contract with VIP Realty to represent you as your buyer’s agent, you will have engaged the services of a premier Realty agency who will act on your behalf at no cost to you. Not only are our services free to our buyer clients, but by participating in VIP Realty’s Real Estate Rebate Program, you will be entitled to receive a portion of our entitled real estate agents commission from the seller.
In order to participate in our rebate program you must do the initial search for the home best suited for you. You will have the benefit of VIP Realty’s up to date MLS listings of thousands of Austin real estate properties at your disposal, and can contact VIP for suggestions and advice at any time.
Once you have chosen a property, a VIP Realty agent will then step in and help you in negotiations with the seller; offers and counter offers, etc. Once the sale has been successfully concluded, VIP Realty will then be entitled to a real estate commission from the seller, which, on the average, amounts to 3% of the property’s purchase price. Since you have saved VIP Realty the time and expense of doin the initial search and locating the property, we will share up to 1.5% of our commission with you. Just think of it, if the sale price was $300,000, for example, our commission would be $9,000, of which we would then rebate up to $1,350 back to you, which can certainly be of help in cutting your overall moving costs.
