Austin Real Estate

There’s a lot to like about Austin, and it’s obvious that enough people have thought so, since Austin, for the past several years, has been one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. Austin is located in central Texas, on Interstate Highway 35, and the Colorado River, and is the county seat of Travis County, the State Capital, and the State’s fourth largest city. Austin’s popularity is primarily due to the high quality of life offered by the city’s reasonable living costs - for a city of it’s size - plenty of open, green space, and varied economic opportunities. In fact, in 2006, Money Magazine rated Austin number one among the best places to live in the U.S., and MSN rated Austin as “ The Greenest City in America.”
